I've tried to download shaders from vdj ...it says its downloading but nothing shows up in window.....although on my old laptop I have the 2018 version and that downloads no problem and shows in window...?????? at a loss ?

What do you mean by "shows in window"? What window?
Do you mean the VDJ video output, or the list of shaders?
