Dear,
It's been a while since i was here, but got some spare time and tried to get into videomixing. Everything works fine, except one thing. When playing the video back i have no sound.
I choose a folder to save the recording.
I choose MP4 as format
And the record source i choose line in 1 as channel 1&2 of my controller (which is a old one)
And line in 2 as channel 3&4 on my controller.
The vu meter works, i have sound during playback, but no sound when playing back the recording.
Someone an idea?

You should use the preconfigured audio config of the Hercules, which is set when clicking the button shown (the one under 'hardware').
This is likely to be a 'speaker + headphone' setup - not 'separate decks', which does not use the VDJ software mixer.
If you're recording from within VDJ then you need to use the VDJ software mixer.
