I started recently looking into the DDJ-1000 and 1000SRT controllers to use with VDJ. I currently use an DDJ-SX2 and was looking to upgrade because the 1000 has some newer features that I really like. I'm confused as to which unit works better with VDJ as I see both listed on the website. Which one would be better/better supported on VDJ? the DDJ-1000 or the DDJ-1000SRT?
I know the 1000 is for Rekordbox and the SRT is for Serato but not sure which would be best for VDJ. I believe there was also a firmware issue with the hardware effects not properly reading the BPM's - is this still an issue and does it work flawlessly now with VDJ?
