Taking a look on my own pics, I just discovered that the issue might be caused by the master tempo activated on deck 1.
It was indeed.

Hey! I know this post is super old now but I've just noticed the exact same problem.
What did you need to do to sort it out? I'm now VirtualDJ expert so you might need to show a screenshot of the particular setting you changed.

Never mind, I just reset all settings and that seemed to fix it :D
