Just to add, I tried the latest version of the 32-bit (b6781) and it still works fine, so it's the change to the 64-bit engine (with stems etc) that provokes the problem.

I had a few hours free so I thought I would modify the touch UI skin to move stuff around so the per-deck scratch wave was horizontal, which fixed this issue, but then zooming the per-deck scratchwave zooms the one at the top of the screen (I guess there's only one zoom value for each deck's scratchwave type), so I'm stumped again.

Vertical touch waves still don't work in non-vinyl mode even in vdj2023...
