hi have tried all the tips in the manual changed all the permissions etc still when i logout of VDJ and log back in all settings have gone back to rest and normal everything I changed has gone hope you can advice please getting really fed up keep setting things up

I have same problem, I have to manually edit setting.xml file in editor and save there, if I want to change something.

My current work around this is to open VDJ. Make a couple of changes, then close it immediately and then reopen it. Without playing any tracks.

So that something prevent VDJ to close correctly (seems to take a while sometimes with early access)
You can map a custom button to "save_config" to manually save
