i bought the licence in july 2019 and many time the virtual dj ask the serial number. last year, I send a message and the answer is no need the serial number now. is it possible to have a serial number to play my software

Thats the correct answer, there is no serial number ;-)
All you need to do is login, in the software. With same account as you are using on forum here.
And your license activate on that computer.
(serial number is usually only for limited versions that comes with the controller sometimes - and no longer very common)

VDJ might tell you that you require a certain license, depending on how you configure the software. If you're using it within the limits of your controller then it should not complain.
