Where are the favorites in VDJ stored? For example, right clicking a folder in the browser -> Set as favorite

Actually, i can't find the path in there, only the order in the 'order' file. Where can i find the path? I've tried properly searching for it in Documents/VirtualDJ and can't find it (at least not in a clear text searchable file).

depends on where the favourite is sourced, C:\\ will be where rune said, but for other drive letters you need to look into
X:\VirtualDJ\Folders
