anyone else having issues with vdj crashing or freezing?

im using windows everything is up to date also have lots of RAM its been happening even when i was using vdj2020 after awhile vdj just crashes and i cant do anything..i can still here the music playing but everthing else is frozen i was thinking its the program cause i can open up other programs and evreything is working fine while vdj is frozen. and it wont let be force stop i have to shut my laptop completely down and open back up...it doesnt always happen but its been happening often lately

Is the laptop older model, perhaps with no graphic card ? What specs you have?
What you can try is in settings set precomputeStems to "only use precomputed".
Everything works fine then? (if so, your computer might be struggling with the stems feature)
