When subscribed to iDJPool plugin within VDJ, am I allowed to use songs from it to perform in twitch without copyright infringement or do I need some other license to do it.

You can broadcast with the content subscription.
But Facebook, Twitch, Youtube etc have their own licensing deals with labels, so success may vary.
Usually you'll be fine if you play remixes, mix songs, and stay away from the very latest hits.
Give it a try ;-)
Alternatively you can try PlayDJ.TV or MixCloud Live that are fully licensed
