Tema: Virtual DJ not recognizing I'm using Scarlett 4i4, it says 2i2 which is not what I have
The title says it all, I couldn't figure out why I could only send one signal at a time, and then I noticed that Virtual DJ was thinking I had 2i2, which only has one out, instead of the one I actually have which is 4i4, which has two outs. So how do I force Virtual DJ to recognize the proper sound card I have?

I think it's because those soundcards don't have unique hardware id's that VDJ can read
For instance I have a Scarlett 6i6, but it gets read as a 2i4

But I don't think it matters much.
As long as I install and use the ASIO driver, I can still change the channels on inputs and outputs to whatever I need, and it works fine.
Remember that you are not limited to the options in the dropdown if something is missing on the audio config page. You can type it in if needed
