Setting utility and firmware are all up to date.
Setting utility is seeing the mixer and changing input when switching inputs. VDJ is recognizing the mixer and all configs are correct but no audio output. Faders and master are also not controlling the program. Meaning master stays maxed and faders or eq not moving. No control of program through mixer. Although under audio tab it does recognize the mixer is connected.
Crazy. Everything is right but I have nothing.
Help please.

Have you pressed the MIDI On/Off button right below the USB port you used to connect with your computer ?
Are your Mixer Channels set to USB A/B position ? (Source switchers at the top of each mixer channel)
