I have downloaded the free version and am ready to upgrade to the Pro version so i can do the music at our dance class lesson ( unpaid ) The Mixer I have is not listed its a NUmark CDMix1
does this cause any problems ? do i have to register the mixer ? it seems to play all right through it at the moment i cant see what the current limitation is on my version ?

That device has no computer connection, it is just an analogue mixer.
If you're just using simple audio out from vdj AND aren't using vdj in a paid scenario then you are ok to stay on the home licence.
