I have seen all of the troubleshooting tips and answers. The files are recognized in the search data base but will not load. Continues to say error on both decks?

The Only thing I can think of is that you are tying to play tracks from Itunes or apple music that may bring up an error as those tracks can not be played through VDJ if I am right but someone will tell me I may be wrong just a thought.
