I need your help, sometimes my Virtual DJ just restart and start up automatic. Im playing music like 5 or 20 min, and then, song start lag for a 2 sec, then restart. I dont know what can be problem?

Seems like you might be running a very old version of VirtualDJ.
Try update first, see if that helps
