I recently purchased a MacBook Pro and then learned that iTunes is no more. iTunes was the perfect tool on my PC because it allowed me to create all of my playlists and then Virtual DJ would use the same info so it was easy to find and play music.
How do I recreate this process using only the Music app on my MacBook Pro? Do I need to manually recreate all of my playlists? How do I get Virtual DJ to read my playlists and access my tracks?

If your playlists are already in the music app, simply open the iTunes folder in vdj like before
