If you made everything prepared stems you'd run out of hard drive space, or almost run out of space.
example a 2.2MB mp3 makes a 8.9MB stem file.

VirtualDJ also gives you the option to prepare and save Stems at a separate Hard Drive, so you can buy a 2TB ext Drive , save Stems there and plug only when u need them.
