fixed. just did a reset of the program. think "select high power gpu" setting was enabled. and even though i do have a rtx 4070. i dont do anything with video mixing. otherwise it seems fine now

yeah been using this for ages. dont know what it was. i think adding vdj to nvidia driver section to "enhance things" did it. its fine now
