When I'm doing prep before an event, I'll preview some music in VirtualDJ and maybe try out a couple of transitions to see how some songs mix. However this updates the "LastPlay" tag with the current date, causing me to lose the actual last played date, which I would like to be able to check when performing.
Is there a way to put VDJ in "prep mode" or something so that these tags are not updated unless you're actually performing?
It might actually be more helpful to be able to see a list of dates/times a file was played, rather than just the most recent play.

Change the "writeHistory" setting.
When writeHistory is disabled, playcount and lastplayed won't change
