This unfortunately requires you to modify the default skin, or run in non-full screen mode.

Also confirming this (16" M4Pro).
Other skins have this problem as well.
Probably more relevant as a Bug fix for the skin layout engine itself on these Mac machines.

Until (or unless) Atomix devs decide on fixing this issue, the other workaround is to scale the application on Fullscreen to be just under the Camera (it inserts black boxes on either side of the camera to make it look like a thicker bezel at the top):
