I know VDJ has auto gain, but is there any functionality like Traktors Ozone integration to have a compressor or constant loudness gain across tracks? Some of the stuff I play has quieter sections that aren't catered for using auto gain and having some sort of Ozone like compression would be welcome. Cheers

Go here LINK and install either across the master output or on each deck, engaging it as required.

If your controller has "Master + Headphones" audio setup then you can purchase and download Ozone and use it as a VST effect on the master output of VirtualDJ.
Depending on how much processing you decide to do, the lag/latency could range from unnoticeable to unusable for DJ use.
That being said, running just a multiband compressor and a maximizer on Ozone to take care of dynamics, is absolutely doable with unnoticeable latency.
PS: Yes, I've done it.
PS2: No, I don't think it would be a good idea to have such an option natively on the software as compressors/maximizers are the most dangerous tool to use in order to destroy your sound while giving you the impression of improvement.
