When I adjust the Gain/Trim on a deck, the waveform size and intensity change accordingly. I’m trying to find out if there’s a way to turn off this behavior entirely, so the waveform display remains fixed and unaffected by gain adjustments.
I’ve checked the settings, but couldn’t find an option for this.
So my questions are:
- Is it currently possible to disable waveform scaling caused by gain adjustments?
- If not, could this feature be considered for a future update? I think it would be very useful for workflows where visual consistency is important.

AFAIK this isn't possible currently.
Although I'm not sure why one would want this (I would think you would want the waveform to reflect as much of the characteristics of the audio as possible), you can make this request on the Wishes and New Features section, and the devs will take it into consideration.
