Quería consultar con ustedes porque ya no se a quien recurrir.
Tengo un problema de micro cortes y audio con sonido metálico después de un tiempo de uso (no determinado, puede ser a los 10 minutos o a las 4 horas de uso) con mi controladora Rane One.
Visité muchos foros y videos buscando una solución y el problema continúa, hice todas las configuraciones que me pidieron, cambié cable USB también.
En soporte de Rane nos dicen que el problema es nuestro, porque somos muchos los del problema (lo mismo ocurre con la Rane four)
Se que ustedes no tienen nada que ver con este inconveniente, tengo el virtual infinity hace 10 años y lo usé con distintos controladores sin ningún problema, solo les escribo para ver si me pueden recomendar que hacer porque es realmente un dolor de cabeza. Muchas gracias y disculpen la molestia.
