I 've Hercules DJ Console and VDJ..
I wanted to ask something why dont we have license for downloading the plug-ins vs
We have the full software and its legal so whats the big deal?

Because you do not have VDJ Full Version but VDJ DJ Console Version.

k. agreed but that souldn't be a reason for us not being able to download the effects.Or should be?

Ultimately Atomix makes most of their money by selling the full package, so they restrict some of the benefits to owners of the bundled version to provide an incentive for you to pay for the full version if you value those extra benefits.
There's a whole bunch of threads on here about this, and whether or not herc owners thought they were getting the full version, whether Atomix gets paid by hercules, whether the packaging was misleading etc but the upshot is that the console ships with a "special" version, and that version does not allow you to have the privileges to download plug-ins on this site.
I'm personally happy with the functionality of the bundled version, and may one day upgrade if I see a strong list of benefits that have value to me.
