I know I can't wait!!! =)
My point is that NOT having a Mac version, is NOT an option, unless Atomix and Numark want to get laughed out of the digital dj scene where every other competitor [SSL, Final Scratch, etc] ALREADY know that a Mac version of their products is not a luxury, but a necessity.
You have to stop and think about the typical windows users' lack of foresight and understanding of the state of technology when they say that "Macs are insignificant because of their 'low' marketshare.".
Really? It's not about marketshare, it's about customer loyalty, and Mac users don't switch to windows. Using both [like you Norway] is common, and understandable. Apple has now made that common scenario easier by being able to run BOTH Mac and windows ANY Intel Mac.
Truth is, Apple's Macintosh computers were NEVER in danger of dissappearing, even if Apple would have filed Chapter 11 [bankruptcy] back in 1997. Lot's of companies file for bankruptcy and stay in business. Steve Jobs still would have come back and saved the company regardless.
Obviously, no one is worried about Apple going out of business now that Apple is worth more than Dell. The best part is that Apple did it by not selling boatloads of cheap junk.
Apple Surpasses Dell's Market Value
http://apple.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=06/01/14/0032228
"Nine years after Michael Dell said he'd shut down Apple and give the money to the shareholders, Apple has passed Dell in market value, at $72,132,428,843 compared to Dell's $71,970,702,760. Analysts expect Apple to continue to outperform competitors, citing 2006 as 'poised to be the year of both iPod growth and, more importantly, Mac market share gains,' with earnings growing more than 35%.
I'm glad Atomix is poised to capatilize on the LOYAL MAC customer base. =)

Okay, I'm gonna try to keep this short because I had already written a LONG response with a bunch of facts about the HUGE swicther movement that NO ONE with an ounce of credibility in the tech industry is denying is underway, and I was almost done, but I was playing F.E.A.R. in windows on my Mac therfore I was using windows and, well... this typical windows issue happened:
http://spherule.com/media/video/switch/ellen_feiss.mov
Pretty impressive number of VDJ users there though. Would more be better for Atomix? How about more PROFESSIONAL TURNTABLIST users rather than a PREDOMINANLY AMATEUR user base made up of bedroom/hobbyist/beatmatching only "dj's"? Would gaining a PROFESSIONAL reputation be better for Atomix?
Of course it would. Numark will help get Atomix there. THEY know the PROFESSIONAL market and that PROFESSIONALS DEMAND PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT.
THEY DEMAND MACS. PERIOD. FINITO.
VDJ is a great piece of software that [until VDJ 4 for Mac is released] has one MAJOR weakness, the weak OS that it runs on.
For the 3 years that I've been using digital dj solutiions [Serato ScratchLive, Final Scratch, etc.] with mine and EVERY club/radio station's turntable set-up, I HAVE NEVER SEEN VDJ IN ANY PROFESSIONAL, REAL DJ/TURNTABLIST SCENARIO.
Those REAL and PROFESSIONAL turntablists/dj's, WAAAY more often than not use turntables or tyrntable emulating cd decks [not cd mixers]. THEREFORE, the ONLY options available to them [prior to the newly added TCV capability of VDJ] where those other options provided by Rane and Stanton, Numarks competitors.
If Numark where to come into the digital dj market that is DOMINATED by Rane and Stanton's Mac based solutions, it would be INSTANT SUICIDE. The MUCh larger EXISTING Mac using PROFESSIONALS would not even consider it, but more importantly, Numark would lose out on the NEW sales to the undeniably HUGE amount of pc to Mac SWITCHERS.
Can you possibly get more professional than the most recently prominent of ONLY 5 turntablists to EVER gain "Grand Wizard" AND worldwide Grand Master status?
http://spherule.com/media/viadeo/switch/dj_q-bert.mov
I think not.
"Hip Hop Slam recently awarded DJ QBert with a "Hip Hop Slam Hall Of Fame Award" for being "The Most Innovative Skratch DJ of All Time." It is only
the fifth such award bestowed by the Bay Area hip hop mixed media company since its formation in 1986. Grand Wizard Theodore, KRS-One, Too $hort, and Paul Mooney were the previous recipients of awards from the Oakland, CA based hip hop company. "DJ QBert has clearly innovated and advanced the art form of the hip hop DJ or 'turntablist' more than any other turntable technician to date and hence is most deserving of this award," said Hip Hop Slam spokesperson Kate Wolfson."
I welcome Atomix and it's good, but soon to be GREAT digital solution, to the MAJOR leagues.
[No offense to anyone, but you know the saying, "Everyone's a dj".]
Turnatablists are a different story, and now VDJ can be an option to them with the release of VDJ 4 FOR MAC.

Half the trouble is because we want to use our computers to do so many things then are surprised that they get confused and blow their minds.
Keep it simple I say. My humble Dell works fine with VDJ because I don't have a lot of other stuff on there. Also the tweaks on here help dramatically.

You are ASTOUNDING!!!... well, at least you're lack of knowledge is.
Unbelieveably, like my post prior to this one, I again had a lengthy, reality shattering [for microsoft apologists and windows lemmings] post with LOTS of links to factual information to disprove your oh-so-common propogandist misinformation that I, and anyone with an ounce of knowledge in the tech industries current goings-on, dicredited for years now. But yet again, windows froze when I posted and I lost the information. I've GOT to remember that the old "save often" rule still applies in the unstable windows world. Using primarily Macs for the past 4 years has spoiled me into a level of trust with my Mac, but that trust goes right out the window with windows, don't it? As I said in my previous post, I was playing F.E.A.R. at the time [winBlows on my MacBook Pro], but responding to these laughable posts during some short breaks that I was taking. Also, a windows update forced restart screwed up my game earlier as well... greeeaaat.
In answer to phillydj's "ground-breaking" revelation:
- miCrapsoft was ORDERED to pay $150 million in the form of a 5 year loan to Apple, in order to SETTLE a lawsuit and to bring the court proceedings to an end in a low profile manner.
- Those $150 million were loaned to Apple, and vouched for by Apple to microsoft in the form of NON-VOTING STOCK, meaning microsoft NEVER had ANY control of ANYKIND over Apple, since non-voting stock is basically powerless beyond it's financial worth.
- Steve Jobs, having just come back onboard at Apple at that time, took the offer NOT because he COULDN'T raise the money to keep Apple from filing bankruptcy [He was already a billionaire and had/has many milionaire/billionaire friends/acquaintences that know what he can do as a CEO and that he'd bring Apple back to being a profitable company... ever hear of a small company called Pixar? Go find out who the CEO for that company was at the time... and still is. Here, I'll save you some time and give you the CEO's initials... SJ. You might also remember a HUGE animated feature film hit at the box office in '96 [actually, the first animated feature film], "Toy Story"... I think it made a little bit of money, just a little... LOL!!! Again, SJ didn't take the COURT SETTLEMENT offer because he HAD to, he took it because microsoft HAD to pay it as punishment. Suckaz.
- A part of that settlement [that microsoft was not too happy about - who would of thought that a [later] 3x, internationally convicted, illegal, criminal monopoly doesn't like having ANY power over something, especially when they were ORDERED to pay $150 million to it], was that Apple would agree to use Internet eXploder [I refer to it as IX] as it's default web browser on all of it's Macs. Luckily though, unlike a windows computer at that time [and is in large part why microsoft was convicted the first time by the US Department of Justice in 2001 - EU in 2004, South Korea in 2005, more to come!], we Mac users could EASILY delete IX by dragging it to the trash where it belongs [un-install...pfff], delete, and then use any other web browser we wanted... and guess what? It didn't de-stabilize Mac OS and require an OS re-format/re-install along with a re-install of IX and all other applications which windows computers did. THAT, is in LARGE part why microsoft was convicted in 2001 here in the US.
Here's what end-users thought of microsoft's illegal business practices, which later resulted in the 3 convictions that I speak of [so far]:
Petition to Remove IE from the Windows 95 Desktop
"Following the trend of threatening to revoke the Windows license of computer manufacturers that remove the Internet Explorer (IE) icon from their computers' desktops (which Microsoft is now under scrutiny by the US Department of Justice (DOJ) for), Microsoft has now made that threat to Compaq, Gateway 2000, and Micron..."
http://users.aol.com/machcu/petition.html
That's the company that you're supporting, lemmings... good for you! Glad to see SOOO many of you former windows users SWITCHING to Macs daily for the past 4 years though. Quicker and smarter now I guess. Better late than never... welcome SWITCHERS =)
Atomix will QUICKLY realize the impact of the switcher movement once the Mac version of VDJ 4 comes out. Numark already knows it.
Just for kicks, I'll give you guys this gem of an incident where microsoft is caught red-handed AND with it's pants down in a FEDERAL COURT trial against it:
US Department of Justice [DoJ] skewers MS exec over falsified video
http://www.theregister.co.uk/1999/02/02/doj_skewers_ms_exec_over/
"DoJ demonstrated that a video demonstration had been 'massaged,' and forced Microsoft senior VP Jim Allchin to concede "they filmed the wrong system."... It ostensibly showed how modifications made to Windows 98 by Edward Felten's IE uninstall program caused severe performance degradation... Boies [DoJ's prosecution lawyer] went through the video, freeze-framed it and showed that a title bar had suddenly changed in the middle of the 'demonstration.' It had been edited, and the edit had clearly used two versions of Windows, one of which had not been subject to Felten's modifications... There is no question that someone, somehow, had cooked the video at Microsoft. A flabbergasted Allchin said:... Somebody in the Microsoft back rooms just made a big hole in the defence case, well bellow the waterline."
And so they sunk and were convicted in that case. The conviction was nothing but a "slap on the wrist" to microsoft, because back in 1999-2001 when this court case was going on, computer technology and a lawyers understanding of it was overwhelmingly underwhelming. But, as proven by the EU in 2004, South Korea in 2005, and will continue to be proven the upcoming international cases against microsoft, those prosecutors are a LOT smarter and tech savvy now, and each case is tried better against microsoft because they are being tried for the same illegal practices they have always been implementing, and therefore, the prosecutors are able to learn from the case before it.
Just like pc to mac switchers, those cases just keep coming faster and getting easier, with MUCH more serious penalties against microsoft. =D
Here's some more on that microsoft court case:

since your the apple spokesperson i guess your intel's too ...
Eh, not really. didn't care about any x86 chip manufacturers [Intel, AMD] until Apple started it's now almost complete migration to Intel processors this past January. All i do know, is that Intel is gonna bury AMD for the next year at least with it's "Core 2" 64-bit chip line up [server, desktop, mobile class] that started being released 2 weeks ago ["Woodcrest" server], will continue with Core 2 "Conroe" [desktop class] on the 27th of this month, and will be completed with the release of core 2 "Merom" [mobile class] by August, September at the latest.
Bottom line is Intel's new Core 2 "mid-range" Conroe processors are outperforming AMD's "high-end" AM2 FX-62 chips in ALL aspects [including gaming], and AMD's chips cost more than twice as much while producing nearly twice the heat. Now, if Intel's lowest model, mid-range "Conroe" chip which starts at 2.4Ghz can do that to AMD's newly released high-end FX-62 chip running at 2.8Ghz, what do you think is gonna happen when "Conroe XE" [Extreme Edition] will do when it comes out in a just a few months and it's lowest model starts at speeds of 2.9Ghz? Then think about the 3.33Ghz Conroe XE model... and even those will be cheaper than AMDead's FX-62. =P

There is no doubt that Intel owes a lot of the hype surrounding it to the Apple "account" win over IBM. They needed it after getting spanked by IBM in 2004 when ALL 3 of the major gaming console manufacturers [Sony, Nintendo, and the nailin the coffin for Intel... microsoft] switched to the superior PowerPC architecture [although physically not suitable for really small enclosures like laptops, which is why Apple went x86 and there was never a PowerBook G5] and kicked x86, especially Intel out of the PS3, Wii, and XBOX 360.

... aaaaaaaaaaaand, I was RIGHT! WHAT A LOAD OF PROPOGANDIST JUNK!!!
You're trying to sell me on the opinion that windows, the obscenely resource hogging, worst coded, and most bloated piece of miCrapsoftware available refused to use more cpu power?!!!
Um, no. They couldn't use more cpu power for anything other than system reource hogging because their antiquated 1980's registry/NT kernal based OS didn't have any new and innovative features that would take advantage of more processing power. Mac OS X is WAAAY more streamlined than winBlows xPee, AND it has a bunch of features within the OS that it's users can CHOOSE to use and WILL show off the advantages of more processing power.
That's why Intel has been courting Apple since 2003, because windows was making it look bad. We all thought it was "odd" that Intel executives had been sitting "front row, center" at Steve Job's keynote speeches like MacWorld at the beginning of 2003, but were noticeably absent at WWDC 6 months later when the G5 PowerMac was introduced.
They would have gotten laughed out of the building if they would have been there, given what SJ said about the G5 and the roadmap that IBM had given him and all of us [3Ghz within 1 year, by June 2004]... which never happened, and still hadn't happened 2 years later by June of 2005. They hadn't even been able to make a small enough, reasonably cool enough [temperature-wise], G5 processor that Apple could put in ANY of it's 1 inch thick, 4 - 6.5 pound PowerBooks [12, 15, 17].
THAT, combined with the roadmap that Intel surely provided SJ with, that we are now seeing the benefits of, were the final straw that made SJ and Apple choose to go to Intel. PowerPC is a better architecture than x86 for handling instruction sets and will probably kick x86's butt
This is why IBM granted AMD use of it's brand new $2 billion plant in East Fishkill, New York back in early '04, just to give them the chance to try and compete with Intel's ability to produce MANY more chips than them, and since AMD was... I repeat, was kicking Intel's a$$ with better chips at that time and until recently, IBM saw that move as a way to kill Intel and dominate the PowerPC market with their own chips and the x86 market with AMD's chips.
Unfortunately, IBM slipped in producing G5 processors as fast, small, and in as large a volume as they said they would the year before [in '03 they had SJ say "3Ghz by mid '04"]. Even worse NOW for IBM, is that AMD is about to get SLAUGHTERED by Intel for quite awhile and I'm not too sure if AMD will be able to survive in any meaningful capacity.
For any AMD fanboys reading this... K8L can SUK MY a$$. That might bring AMD back into the league that Intel is playing in RIGHT NOW, but that won't be out for about another 9 months, and seeing how quickly Intel is rolling out new products to re-assure it's dominance in the chip manufacturers market once again, i don't think anyone with an objective opinion and at least a little foresight, thinks that Intel is gonna sit on it's behind again. Intel's offerings in 2007 will SLAUGHTER AMD's, which will be trying to catch up to Intel's '06 offerings.
phillydj wrote :

Intel bought Apple?... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAA.
I think someone other than you would have heard about Intel's acquisition of Apple, worth more than Dell [for the past 2 calendar quarters in a row] at over $60 BILLION dollars in assets and with nearly 7 billion dollars liquid cash on hand:
"On January 13, 2006, after a little more than eight years of hard work, Apple Computer, Inc. passed Dell, Inc. in market value, $72,132,428,843 vs. $71,970,702,760 at market close respectively...Today [May 2nd, 2006], however, Apple's share price continued its rise while Dell's continued to slip. The result, once again, is that Apple Computer ($60,166,590,800) is now worth more than Dell ($60,061,881,440) in a race whose leadership is likely to oscillate a bit in the near term (before Apple pulls away for good).
http://macdailynews.com/index.php/weblog/comments/9432/
NO ONE is worried about Apple being bankrupt OR *snicker* bought out *snicker* by Intel. Intel needed Apple and it's Mac OS X to showcase the power of it's new Core and Core 2 processors.

You know so little about what's really going on in the tech industry, that I'm actually quite impressed that you can use a keyboard... or did you have a 2 year old type this for you, which would explain the verbage AND the lack of knowledge.
Back on topic though:
It amuses me that you keep calling Mac OS X, which is more streamlined than any Mac OS before it, but even all of those old versions of Mac OS have ALWAYS been more streamlined than their windows counterparts at the time, a hog.
Hogs? windows is a Harley-Davidson WITHOUT the quality and excitement. vista is gonna be an actual hog though, as in "oink-oink"... well, it is a pig with lipstick too, but in the end it's still a pig that isn't pretty, even if it tries to put make-up on:
Here is the already "common" consensus on vista. Other than it's a wannabe Mac OS X that will still just want to be Mac OS X, but can't because it's still insecure, incompatible, and SOOO bloated that just looking like Mac OS X [which is the ONLY good thing that it might accomplish... Aero?... pfff... just a wannabe copy of Mac OS X's "Aqua" that we've had since Mac OS X 10.0 Cheetah back in 2001] is going to require RIDICULOUS system requirements.
WinBlows xPee 3 [as it's widely being referred to in the tech industry] aka "VISTA", IS A HOG:
Windows Vista, a true resource hog?"
http://www.hardwareanalysis.com/content/article/1832/
"When the first reports of Vista came in I remember thinking that it resembled much of Windows XP’s introduction; basically a host of new features, better compatibility and the stability of Windows 2000 all integrated into one. The first few betas of Vista looked promising too; lots of cool and worthwhile new features and a graphic interface that started looking better with every new release. After having just installed the latest release a few hours ago I’m wondering where Microsoft went wrong? As with every release I’ve seen cool features get dropped and nothing substantial added. All that I’m looking at here is an OS that looks like a spit-shined and polished version of Windows XP. Oh wait, there’s but one clear distinction to be made; a system that runs Windows XP at blistering speeds slows down to a crawl when running Vista.
They’re the kind of slow-downs you can’t really appreciate, such as clicking on a program and having the system take about 10-seconds for it to start, whilst basically freezing up when "accomplishing" this task. I mean, I can appreciate the fact that Microsoft’s coders took time and effort to make things look somewhat nicer, but really, haven’t they forgot about making it more efficient as well? I’m sure AMD, Intel and other hardware manufacturers won’t mind, as there’ll be hosts of people wanting to buy their new hardware when Vista finally hits the shelves. But really, is that all there is to it? Is Vista no more than a sales tool for computer hardware? Isn’t software supposed to get smarter and more efficient with every new release? That’s what every ‘self respecting’ coder would agree to I’m sure, but this golden rule seems not to apply to Microsoft’s products.
I can post links to articles that all say the same thing ALL day and night. Rather than do that though, why don't you just Google "Vista Hog" and have fun!
Don't say I never did anything for ya!!! ;)
OR, you can just listen to microsoft's actual own employees who are working on, and talking about the mess-of-an-OS that will be called vista. You'll quickly figure out why a LOT of them on that microsoft employee blog just want to CANCEL VISTA ALLTOGETHER, because they're already getting feedback from windows users [who were looking forward to vista] at expos and events that "IT LOOKS LIKE MAC OS X"... the more interesting part is that those employees agree but can't get microsoft's management to just cancel vista so that they can just, as is said SOOO many times on that blogs 585 entries [there were over 1000, but the blogger condensed the repetitious "CANCEL VISTA" shouting from employees, share-holders, middle management, and others who know that vista is gonna get TRASHED by the entire tech industry when it comes out], DUMP vista, and "do what Apple did with Mac OS X years ago - develop a lean OS with security built in from the ground up":
http://minimsft.blogspot.com/2006/03/vista-2007-fire-leadership-now.html#comments
What a novel idea microsoft. Unfortunately, it's too little too late. vista will be your last breath in your OS development life until you make those radical changes that Apple did many years ago, and introduced over 5 years ago.
microsoft's only "saving grace" will be Office 2007. They were recently showing it off it microsoft's headquarters in front of a group of bloggers in Belgium. I wonder what kind of computer microsoft's own employees were using to showcase Office '07 and they're "new" vista os? Hmmm...

What's even more impressive than former individual windows users switching to Mac? Major windows computer manufacturers like Dell wanting to switch to Mac too... AAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAA... SUCKAZ!!!
As I've said before, I've watched this switcher movement gain momentum since 2002, but it really became noticeable in 2004. It continued on through mid 2005 until the Intel switch announcement, and then we had a Mac sales "rest" period of about 6 months until January of this year.
Luckily Apple makes this other little device and a service for it called iTunes, so that kept the money coming into Apple. Maybe you've heard of those?
I think the iPod has some ridiculously low marketshare number that has fallen over the past couple of years:
iPod market share falls – to 87%
http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,1712064,00.asp
The iPod's market share has fallen slightly, down from its peak of 92% to 87.3%...In the hard drive-based sector, Apple sold 87.3% of the total units shipped, while HP's iPod took 3.6% of the market, making it the number two selling product over the month. In third place came Rio, with 2.8%."
OOOPS! Sorry about that. That article is from Novemeber of 2004. You can tell it's old because A] HP doen't sell the iPod anymore [it hoped to be as popular as Apple's iPod, and although it did come in second place as mentioned in the article linked above... well, I think you can figure it out.
Today, the iPod are still at over 80% and 70% respectively.
Just Google "iPod iTunes Market Share" for some fun links to articles that all talk about the "iPod + iTunes" dominance WORLDWIDE.
No wonder we're expanding the Apple Stores so quickly, AND internationally.

"Apple appears to be winning mindshare at an early age, which we expect will pay off as students become more significant consumers over the next decade." - Piper Jaffrey
Nice to see some other people who "get it".
IN SUMMATION:
For real though, philly, you're so silly. But it's all good. I've always wanted to take out some time and help the mentally disabled, and now I have.
Now hurry up or you'll miss your short, little yellow bus... don't forget your helmet.

For those people who say that Macs don't crash and Serato is stable, have a look at this thread. serato have been having probs with 'bad mp3s' too in their version 1.5

Yeah, bad mp3's is definately the OS'es fault. STILL have NEVER seen VDJ at ANY of the TOP NAME clubs or RADIO stations that me and/or my crew spin at.
i ALWAYS see SSL or FinalScratch... I'm gonna be the one to change that though. ;)
I haven't even told my partners that I don't use FinalScratch anymore because I want to get good at the video mixing feature first before i let them in on my VDJ "secret". =P

lol the irony, they have to run SSL in XP via bootcamp for it to work correctly.

I can report with glee, after a week of testing and tweeking, that 1.5 on the macbook runs smooth in XP (bootcamp). This is the first mac I've ever owned so I'm kinda bummed that SSL and Ableton Live run streams ahead of OS X in performace on the Macbook. I'm not using OSX at all now.
Figures. it's a windows user on his first Mac. It'll take awhile for the stupidity from being a windows user to wear off, but it will.

Well if we are quoting different dj software forums, there are lots of issues (both with the software there, and Mac.. )
From some forum, you can figure out yourself what forum.. ;) hehe
It doesn't matter what OS you have.. computer hardware and setup, drivers, installed programs, background running apps etc etc etc..... any OS can run into problems.

i run on med latency and low time stretch(actually i never risk using the key correction)---
i have my processor setting on highest all the time
i bought this machine to be dedicated to FS but it is a heap of BS

I've said it once, I'll say it again. YES, any OS can crash. It's all proportionial. Just like saying, oh... I dunno... how about, "there were 114,000 KNOWN viruses for windows in 2005 and 0 for Mac."
Wait. That's not cool. It's true, but the fact that there were 0 for Mac messes up the argument. Ok, let's pretend that we had 1 on Mac for the sake of this argument. =P
So, "there were 114,000 KNOWN viruses for windows in 2005 and 1 for Mac." =D
Even if we did have one, we're still 114,000 times safer than windows... proportionally.
The same way that saying windows pc's crash once a month in 2005 for 12 months, and my Mac crashed once in 12 years.
Yes, Macs crash too... but proportionally less.
Fact remains that with everything that I've used computers professionally for in 16 years, from graphic design and video editing, to cross-platform network administration, I've never had ro re-install and re-format a Mac hard drive on ANYONE's Mac.
But that's the kind of work that kept my paychecks coming as an IT director and Network administrator for windows server and workstation networks at Xerox.

Hey Andrew87 -
Since you started this thread and called it Think Different [Apple's Ad campign from the late 90's], and you said the Nintendo DS lLite thing would be cool, what about a Sony & Apple Playstation 3 colloborative effort?
Pure speculation, but this is what Apple does... Think different.

Maybe this is why Apple hired those Sony engineers that I spoke about in my previous post response to "phillydj". Although I am SURE that with Michael Dell publicly acknowledging that dell computers would like to sell Dell Macs, that EVERY other windows computer manufacturer is trying to get Mac OS licensed to them as well.
Especially Sony, given that they [and HP IMO] are the only decent windows computer manufacturers that hve at least a little bit of class [no Dell, colored plastic molds are NOT classy] and/or innovative thought put into them, like Apple and it's Macs.

Half the trouble is because we want to use our computers to do so many things then are surprised that they get confused and blow their minds.
Keep it simple I say. My humble Dell works fine with VDJ because I don't have a lot of other stuff on there. Also the tweaks on here help dramatically.

Only computers that use an antiquated registry/driver system get "confused" and "blow their minds" [crash] when asked to do different things. Macs dumped their "extensions" [drivers] when it went Unix with Mac OS X. That's why our "freezes" are so far and few between that Macs get that "trouble-free" reputation from EXTREMIST Mac Zealots.
Tippy toeing around your computer's instability and insecurity is no way to "enjoy" everything that a reliable computer should, and in the case of Macs, can do.

oh so it's to do with looks now. yeah the sony viao's look fantastic but i've been advised off various people not to buy them. toshiba's are supposed to be the most reliable windows laptops.
and apple working on the ps3...wow, the shock!! you mean they brought in developers from microsoft's rival company to work on microsoft's rival console? who;d have thought it.
jeez, i've been a playstation man since day one, and now you're even pushing me towards to xbox. when will you stop bangin on about it and simply let people decide for themselves? if you are so happy with your mac then shut up and get on with using it rather than trying to justify it. to whom are you trying to justify it too? us or yourself?

lol conquest why can't you just make simple post instead of 1000 words? you have to remember us "stupid windows users" have a lack of attention span when it comes to mac users post -- well not all mac users just the ones that make jehova witnessess lol bad. if all apple users become like yourself im sure windows will be alright in the sales dept. OSX running on all those platforms? you might see it as a blessing but i see it as an opportunity to see what your god "Apple" is made of, no more control of all the hardware. so let's see how long your god last as far as being stable.
