Hello,
I have a denon 2500f dual cd player/controller. Can I use this with virtual dj? If I can then how would I go about it. Or would I have to use the controllers that are specific for virtual dj?

Thanks.

u can use tccd (time coded CD's) with virtual dj and any deck that can scratch

Is not neccessary that cd players can scratch, if it only has cues and loops is ok, Manquin DJ.

That's true but it would be better for the full features

Basically here is what I want to do, so please help if possible.
I have an existing dj setup, denon 2500f, numark mixer, etc.
I play everything off of cd's on the denon as of right now. But I have a lot of mp3's on my laptop and I was thinking that it would be worthwile to make use of virtual dj. So what is the easiest way to hook up my laptop that has just an headphone and mic jack, to hook up somehow to my sytem, where i could use the denon also?

u need to get asio4all driver i believe , if not get urself a nice u46dj soundcard, but remeber that the trial version only supports one timecode and only for 5 minutes...u can search around the forums for the time coded mp3 to burn to cd
