i ordered timecode vinyls few days ago.. i checked the shipping status but the update is in french.. can you please translate this for me: "Colis annoncé par l'expéditeur mais manquant à la prise en charge effectuée par nos services."

Well, my french ain't that good, but here's what I found on an online translator:
"Package announced by the shipper but missing in the taking care performed by our services"
Sounds like it's been dispatched but subsequently 'lost'. I'm sure one of the the french users can help you out?
