I've Been ripping songs from our club cd service and havn't needed to download music in the past, but lately when perusing the chart section here on the site, I've noticed that on this side of the atlantic anyway, some of the club/extended versions arn't available.
Ready for this ConQuest?
So I've been using iTunes.
And I must agree with other PC users that the songs are easier to find - but lack of .M4P support is a bit of an oddball if one decides to go this route instead of napster. The only reason I did was the easily available pre-paid gift cards. That probably has more to do with iTunes success more than MAC V Pc issues.
So I must download , burn to cd, Ripp from cd, and delete the now redundant .M4P files.
Pain in the ass. But Napster should look to the competion for such things. I'll be damned if I'm going to use mastercard for a $0.99 web purchase. I'll use the gift cards.
