Hi I just bought 2 Time Control Vinyls to test out VDJ for my productions company, but when they are arrived they were bent and warped (it was just two vinyls in a huge box and they were tossed around in transit). First off, how do I contact someone regarding this? Second, are they always packaged this poorly?

I received 2 shipments of vinyls this same way...no padding or anything....just records thrown into a box. REAL NICE! ug.
