how long does it take for this to work. I got it to work but its not immediate. How long does the song have to play? in & out?

in this version the timecode now automaticly switches to internal mode when it runs out again. definatly a good thing, it does it a bit later in the timecode than it used to but it stil does it. (one of the first things i checked on after loading the new version!)

yeah but it seems theres a predetermined time the track has to play to engage. For instance if you load a track & hit the mouse so the track goes near the end & pick up the needle & put towards the end of the vinyl it won't engage. But if you play the whole track it will. Just want to know the limitations.

If so, the last 3 minutes of the vinyls will act differently if you pick up the needle and drop it there

alright so I spent about an hour with 4.3 only comcentrating on the end of tcv new feature. well it works okay (compared to ssl) & the way its suppose to but only in smart mode.
Well smart mode sucks comapred tp relative. I've been using relative mode since serato. Smart mode just jumps around in different places on the track when your using it for no reason....I'm thinking to myself why did smart mode move the place I had on the track? The last thing I need is a computer telling me where the song should be.
Now this feature works in relative mode but only half way. Theres no way to get it back in to tcv mode, that I'm aware of. So once the tcv is finished yes the track will keep playing but your mixing on internal mode from their out.
This needs to be addressed....this has been a long awaited important bug that needed to be fixed. But it has to work in RELATIVE MODE too.

Smart mode works fine, i use it all the time. I think if you songs are jumping place you either need to check the needles and the configuration of your soundcard. What happens on absolute? does that jump too?
