My software "forgets" the info after the track has been scanned. As long as the program is open it remember it. but if I close it, when I reopen it the tracks apear unscanned. but only on recently added tracks. It remembers all the tracks that were on my machine when I sid the install and the first scan.
any ideas?

The same thing happens to me, even when the program stays open, if you move to another folder and come back to the newly scanned one, it seems to remember some, but not all scanned files?
This is also a bug and needs to be fixed. C'mon dev team, let's attempt to fix these things that are obvious bugs and get the program working as advertised!

Try setting "WRITE VDJ TAGS" to enable and disabling the ID3 tags. Also, make sure you let VDJ close completely (save your database) before shutting down the computer

That's my point, I DON'T shutdown the computer, and I recurse, and still when I change to another folder then change back to the scanned one, there are some left w/o the previously scanned bpm and minutes length.

Sounds like a corrupt database or something.. There is a tool called Auto-VDJ Database Backup. Maybe it works...
