You obviously got some skills.
Sometimes simple is better. To be honest your website is a pretty busy... maybe you should make the pages simpler and try not to squeeze it all in one, but have more links? Some of the links you can make with gif images to give it more pro edge without the standard fonts.

a good rule of thumb is to try and keep it so that a vistor not click more than 3 links to find what they want :) or they get bored and click out
