I am sure everyone here agrees that VDJ is a feature filled great digital DJ software solution.
One of the main reasons besides the wonderful features included was the fact of being able to video mix.
Video mixing will eventually be common place in the entertainment industry as when before software based DJ-ing was new... now it is everywhere.
So MP3 mixing is actually now roughly about 9 to 10 years old.
Video mixing with software a couple of years old but increasingly gaining to popularity.
Atomix is always trying to strive to stand out and be seen as different, better and pioneering. I would think redesigning certain parts of this web site to convey a more positive yet honest message to appeal toward an ever increasing number of new users and just curious shoppers would be number one on their list of priorities.
At the top of the web site is the following text:
VirtualDJ - Your MP3 mixing DJ software
.............
My suggestion would to be actually changing that text to be more honest to what we CAN do with this software and bring a more catchy phrase that so many people would want to eventually see printed on T-Shirts.
Something like the following:
VirtualDJ - Your Audio/Video mixing DJ software
or
VirtualDJ - Your MP3/WAV/CDA/WMA/ASF/OGG/MP4/M4A/ACC/AVI/MPG/MPEG/WMV/VOB/CDG mixing DJ software
or
VirtualDJ - Your ULTIMATE DJ software
or
VirtualDJ - Everyone's DJ software.. except for people stuck on Serato/PCDJ/Tractor and other non video playing software
or
VirtualDJ - It's the S**t
or
VirtualDJ - I bet my software can beat up your software!
or
VirtualDJ - I love me some video mixin'
or
VirtualDJ = Numark Cue/Virtual Vinyl
or
VirtualDJ - Taking over the world one DJ at a time!!
or
VirtualDJ - Yes we have a MAC version!!

VirtualDJ - Need I say more?

Agreed.
I hope to see this site revamped to aestehetically portray VDJ as the serious and professional sotware that it is.
The current color scheme and layout is pretty 3.4ish. We need it to look more like 4.0.
However, the features are great though. Much better than other forums, especially SSL.
I believe that I had heard that the site was going to get revamped though already.
