Hi guys
Ok, so I'm looking to build a new system. Just for audio just now but will look to go to video in the not to distant future.
Anyway, i've found this graphics card which I think is a bit tasty..and then i've found this motherboard and processor bundle, which I also believe to be quite tasty. I'm sure these'll go together, but can someone else confirm this?
On the motherboard side of things, you'll note that it says "Expansion slots: 1 x PCI-E x16, 3 x PCI slots"...I guess PCI-E x16 is for graphics, but will the card I've found be ok on this board? What's the x16 all about?
If these go well, I'm gonna tank the thing up with like 3 gig of memory and a couple of jumbo hard drives, so please let the comments flow.

The video card is good for video since it is 7600Gt and it has DDR3 memory which is very important.
Foxconn is ok, I sell them and they work fine but this Chipset GeForce 6100 and nForce 410 are integrated motherboard and it is not top of the noch but it is OK for the price. Video should work ok.
If you can, for a little more money get Intel 965 Foxconn motherboard (around 100 euro) and Intel Pentium D915 Dual core 2.8Ghz (around 95 euro). You can use DDR2 memory on 800Mhz on this chipset.

Would suggest a faster (10.000 RPM Western Digital Raptor disc / S-ATA) for O/S & Software, etc.
Speeds things up much faster than the one you've chosen.
