Hi , as the title says , i am off to work in a couple of hours so would like to sort this out if possible.
Ok what the problem is .... last night i was working , i am using the latest version 4.3, when i loaded a song it went to say pitch +5 instead of 0 and when i pressed pitch reset it slowed down but then crept back up to its original position, could not beat mix as the songs pitch kept creeping up, that doesn't sound very clear does it ? when the two songs were beat matched, one of the songs pitch kept rising on his own, any ideas ?

Are you using any controllers? TCCD, TCVs?

If you are strictly using the software and no control devices (except mouse) then sounds like you have some other issue with your machine.

Is it just one deck or both decks that jump to +5.
If you disable the DAC3 does it still happen? The fader on that DAC3 might have a problem if something spilled in it and now it's sending a faulty signal.

Not trying to lay the blame on the controller, just never experienced the software doing this on it own. There is something telling it to do that.

Yeah , very strange, i am trying to figure out what i did last night that was not the norm. The only thing i can think of is that last night i connected the Dac 3 via a Usb hub , my lap top has only 2 Usb ports , and normally i use 1 for the Dac and one for an external drive, my mouse on the laptop has started playing up so last night i plugged an optical one in, so the need for an extra port. i plugged every thing into the hub, what i will do tonight is plug the Dac into the laptop port and see if it makes any difference.

DACs do not like working through a hub. Also, the behavior sounds like a fader going bad I have had that problem with a few DACs
