Can anybody help me? It seems when i try to adjust any of the treble, mid, or bass i get this dark static clicking sound....anybody have this issue? Any help would be nice thanks.

It is latency issue or you have to low ram memory (512mb at least for proper use).
Which version do you use?
Give us your machine specs.

Not really , i think that is ok. ..hmm try reinstalled the driver, unplug ur console n replug it.. cheers

I bought hercules DJ console mk2 and then bought upgraDE software 4.3 cuz I'mm using vista on my Sony Vaio Laptop--nothings working, not even the stand alone software--any suggestions?
VISTA came preloaded on myn laptop. $250 for hardware and $250 for software--you'd think $500 investment would work out somehow.

Sony Vaio is well known for driver issues on their laptops although they are great machines. Write down everything you have, which model of Vaio, sound card, Video etc. Try some of the tips written above.
