My Deck 1 Treble knob is messing up my mixes.. apparently it's loose or just altogether bad. It won't calibrate with VDJ 4.3 and I've dl'd all updates of the software and drivers. Does anyone else have this problem? Having the treble jump all the way up or drop out completely in the middle of playing a song pretty much sucks and I doubt i'll be buying another product from Hercules. Sometimes i'll be looking at my control and then look up at the screen to see that my treble fader is moving up and down faster than i could move it myself. Maybe there's a ghost in my house and he wants to mix too???

It might just be a dirty connection. Like they said above, It might still be under warranty send it in, if not, just take it apart and clean the contacts with a Q-tip and some rubbing alcohol. I have had my DJ Console MK2 for about 6 months, and it is great.

Another solution might be to use the MK2 mapper to map that knob to something harmless.
