The auto_scratch SDK implemented in v2.03 has been kept intentionaly dumb simple.
In a future version, we might still propose an additional ehanced SDK that could access much more datas.
So if you face any particular need while writing auto-scratch modules, please feel free to ask for whatever feature you would need in the next version.

I would definitely like to have access to song informations (such as the BPM, current position, etc.) and the ability to get samples from another part of the song... I don't know how useful this (other samples) might be, but it might prove useful eventually :)
Getting infos such as the song's BPM is definitely useful to have beat-aware scratch modules...
