Ok, When I was installing Virtual Dj, I stopped the installation a quarter of the way in, and now when i insert the Disc, instead of it asking to me install, it asking me to uninstall, and seeing as the installation was stopped before completion, it doesn't have the files to uninstall the program, and when i click uninstall this comes up -

Then it says Error Code= -5001

What can i Do?

let it uninstall , then


go into the windows registry

and remove any keys relating to hercules

to do this go to run on your start menu and type Regedit

then use the search tool on this to search for hercules ,

delete the keys that show up

be careful not to change any thing else , or this could affect other programs

once its uninstalled i would recommend you find a newer driver from the herc support website

Download the MSI Cleanup Utility from Microsoft's website. It will fix the broken installation.
