Hi, a couple of weeks ago I purchased some time coded vinyls to try out virtual dj Pro before I decided to make the big jump. The vinyls were warped on arrival and they are causing malfunctions when trying to use the trial program. I went to support and I currently have a running ticket but no one has replied to my plea. It has been almost three weeks now since then. I'm currently a home edition user with the mk2, but I would really like to start using my turntables with the program. However, I am very wary about putting my money on a program if I don't know if it will work FOR SURE with my equipment. Please, if anyone could help me, I would really appreciate it. Thanks...

I've already done that...It still reads "Not read yet".
