Looks nice....the ecler nuo4 does alot of same features minus the jog wheels and alot cheaper.
 

The Ecler doest have a high end multi-channel USB soundcard included ;)

Thats whats really makes the Xone3d interesting.. It got everything ..

And far more midi knobs/sliders than Ecler too..

Not saying Ecler isnt great too, it is... But Xone 3d is a monster :)
 
This type of controller isn't really my bag but just wanted to say it looks very well designed and thought out. Nicely done.
 

wasnt the price tag on that around 2500. US? Looks like all the new high end mixers are coming with either firewire or usb soundcard built in, which will make hookups for gigs alot easier and faster. Hey Rune have you checked out the Ecler EVO 5? Thats the next mixer I will be buying. That will have the high end audio card, than I can retire my Motu. I have heard lots of nice things about that Xone 3d...Hoever I also heard they have a new mixer coming out thats suppose to be better. Looks like the DJ business is kinda like the computer business....Something newer and more interesting comes out in about a year.
 
They have 2 add-ons for other mixers the xone 1d and 2d the 1d is a midi section with no soundcard and the 2d a midi section with soundcard. You can then add these to your existing A&H or any type of mixer.

I havn't heard anything about a new mixer tbh but I'd like to see it. I'm happy with the 3D so unless the new one had some spectacular features I wouldn't be interested.

With regards Price they are expensive but you are getting everything in one well designed, well made box. And A&H customer service is unparralled imo.

lol 1st 3 things that crossed my mind when i seen the cool overlay for it :)

it's has to be a good mixer if people are making an overlay for it :)

will this work with the 4D gents?
 
of course yes.
That mixer is a midi mixer and this software works with any kind of midi controller.
