i have two and love them, i'd not as powerful as a 1200 but mine are a little older, still they have what it takes to do a good job, if you looking to buy some i can say vestax makes some new nasty ones too.

do yourself a favour, save up for a little bit longer, and get yourself some that won't wear out after playing a tune...
if your looking for a decent budget set, then numark have a killer set called the Battlepak II for starting, but you may want to replace the mixer before long..

Yeap I agree. Better to save up and purchase a good set than practice on the gemeni's. Myself I have a set of American Audio HTD4.5 They are amazing because of the torque.
