My brother is thinking of getting the 24" with the 2.8 extreme and the 1 terabyte HD. Perfect for video! No external drives!
I'm sticking with my Macbook Pro though. 3 gigs of Ram now and the ATI graphics card works great with VDJ (VV).

i wont be using it for djing at all. Just for photoshop, illustrator, flash etc.
I dont really use video when djing anyway. Most of the songs I like dont have videos.
