I recently purchased a Hercules MK2 from Guitar Center. When I got it home and opened it up, the software\driver disc was broken into 3 pieces. I downloaded the drivers from Hercules but when I try and enter the serial number for VDJ Console Edition, i get a response saying the serial number is already registered, which leads me to believe the MK2 was used and returned to Guitar Center, put back on the shelf, and sold to me as new. Is there any way to fix this so I can download skins, effects, etc.? Granted I do not have the Console Edition installed on my computer because of the broken disk, i still get the above mentioned error message, which, to me, makes me think that Console being installed shouldn't matter. If it does,let me know.

The serial is on ur cd sleeve. If u cant load it tru cd, u could download the latest version by entering ur serial.. but as u said maybe ur serial is being used.. hmm the best way is to contact support and explain this.

Having the MK2 version of VDJ does not allow to have the ability to download skins ect. anyway, so even when you get your self sorted you will still need to purchase the Pro version on VDJ, in order to download anything of substance.
