I'm getting a Fatal Error message everytime I exit out of VDJ. I'm using version 5.0 r2 right now.

If i saved my .xml files, if I reinstall VDJ and then copy and paste them again, will I have all my playlists, virtual folders, cue pts, etc saved?

I answered you question at the bottom in the General Forum. Also, what you posted was from version 4.2r1 and not version 5.
You need to look in the My Documents -> VirtualDJ folder for the crashguard report.txt file there and post that file's entries.
