Tema: numark cue + TCV problems

Este tópico es antiguo y puede contener información incorrecta para la nueva versión.

Hello

I searched every forum and a large part of di net!
so i gonna ask mi questions straight.

I saw a thread about the limitations of numark cue Trial.
When I play tunes with my virtual vynil set up, everything's go right.
After playing about ten minutes, suddenly cue don't react anymore on my TCV.
the turntable is spinning, but nothing moves on the laptop.
only one side keeps reacting on the TCV.
if I keep playing, suddenly none of the two reacts anymore.
Then I have to shutdown numark cue and restart it. everything works fine again!
but you can understand that I can't do this while playing live...
First, I thought it has something to do with the trial version and limitations.

I have a registered version of virtual dj, if I play with this program, I can keep playing for hours. I don't have the same problem (mind: cue is 5.0/virtualdj is 4.2)
Before I buy the cue 5.0 I want to know if this problem will be fixed or what's causing this.

second problem is the absolute, smart, relative function.
I saw another thread asking the same question: even on absolute the TCV reacts as needledrop; it doesn't matter where i put my needle it keeps playing continuous.
In my music genre we pull up tunes and play them another time; so it HAS to be absolute! I can't find why... tried the three options.

third (small) problem: in the timecode vynil configuration you can check the % quality of your vynil.
Well, I see always a red light and 0% quality?
But if i click autoconfig, it works and the signal is recognized.

for the rest I'm VERY pleased about the mixvibes + virtual vynil TCV + virtualdj (or numark cue)
big up fi that!

and thanks for the answer!

try going to optons , and then performances and setting autolatency , and unticking safe and overclock

on timecode options if the waveform is to large reduce the gain , if it is low increase it if it is still low , tick riaa preamp

aslo how are you grounding?
