What a music revolution the iPod has created. I am actually on the verge of releasing a downloadable video podcast which I will create everyweek. Recorded using VDJ!
I use my iPhone at gigs before I begin playing video and have it there in case of a crash. Great tool for us.

I still have my receipt for my 1st generation iPod (and the iPod too).
Purchased on November 4th of 2001, the very first day it was available at my local computer store (they were announced 6 years ago today, but they took almost a couple of weeks before they hit the store shelves)
I remember buying it and showing it to all my co-workers at Xerox where I worked as a network administrator at the time and having most of them tell me that I was nuts because it was just anaother "over-priced, niche Apple product" that was doomed to fail.
At that time is when I created my personal motto that I still use to this day: "I'm not responsible for other people's lack of foresight, much less their ignorance."
