Hi,
I managed to wipe my database in the process of upgrading from 4.3 to 5 rev 2, After many hours, i have finally built up a new database on my external drive.
Now that V5 rev 5 is out, I have decided to install it on my stationary PC to give it a test run.
On my laptop, the external drive is drive M:
On the stationary PC, the external drive is also set to M:
Now that I have installed the new version of VDJ (5 rev 5), what I expected was for it to read the database that is on the root of the external drive. This is not the case. no cue points, bpms, nothing on my stationary PC. The M: drive isnt even an option for the database drop down 'drive' setting, only C:
The external drive was plugged in when I first ran VDJ on my stationary PC as stated in the manual.
what have I missed ?

Do you see the drive in the left panel navigation ?
If you reboot the computer and launch VirtualDJ does it show ?
