Had mine since they first came out with no probs, at 3 months it's a warranty issue and I'd chase it up through that route.

I have it now for 3 months and the left player, the play button don't work well.

sounds like they've got the same problems the DAC-3 have, - The dac-3 you could take apart and clean the switches with a bit of switch/contact cleaner, quite easily, although the dac-3 problems were apparent for some users from day 0.
