For regular audio output the Full Pro version supports sending the two decks to a mixer using only a single soundblaster 5.1 card.
If you are going to use 2 cards you should use 2 Different branded soundcards. Using the exact same card causes conflicts.

Make sure that the two cards are somewhat the same in terms of their output and performance though
